FAMILY HERITAGE doo Beograd-Palilula, as the operator of Heritage Rooftop Restaurant, respects visitor privacy and processes personal data in accordance with applicable Serbian law. This policy applies to use of heritagerooftop.com and communications started through the website.
What data do we process?
- information entered in the contact form: name, email address, telephone number and message;
- technical and security information such as IP address, request time, browser type and logs required to prevent abuse;
- your cookie consent preference;
- data from optional analytics and marketing technologies only when enabled and subject to the relevant consent;
- the result of a Google reCAPTCHA security check when this protection is active.
Purposes and legal bases
We use enquiry data to answer your question, prepare an offer or take steps at your request before entering into a contract. Technical logs are processed for website security and abuse prevention on the basis of legitimate interests. Bookings and third parties
The reservation button opens the external i-host service. Data entered there is processed by that service under its own policy. Google Maps and YouTube content are also governed by the relevant provider policies.
